Alcohol Shipping Policy
All of our wines are shipped via UPS. A signature from an adult over 21 years of age is required to receive shipments containing wine. Three delivery attempts will be made. A $6.00 charge is added to every shipment for this service. This charge will be automatically added into the shipping during Checkout.

Sea Mist Winery can ship wine to the following states: Alaska, Arizona,
California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.  Wine cannot be shipped via the United States Postal Service - Priority Mail. International wine shipping are subjected to the rules and regulation of each country and the carrier.

Frozen Wine? Wines may be frozen during ground transportation to the midwest and northeast states if the temperature is below 25F. Sea Mist Winery may not be able to send wine to these states via standard ground service during November to February. We will contact customer for express
shipping upgrade when necessary.

Shipping Damage - If your shipment arrives with damage please contact us and we will make it right with UPS and get you another shipment ASAP.
